Minors

We are happy to welcome any minor who wishes to enjoy the Carballeira de Zas, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult to gain entry. During their stay at the festival grounds, the adult will be responsible for any actions the minor takes.

To make this possible, the following documentation must be presented at the festival box office:

1. If the accompanying adult is the parent/guardian: Both the minor and the accompanying adult must present their ID cards/family book/passports or a legal document proving their relationship of responsibility for the minor. A duly completed certificate of responsibility from the accompanying adult is also required. (DOWNLOAD OR REQUEST AT THE BOX OFFICE)

2. If the accompanying adult is NOT the parent/guardian: A duly completed authorization from the parent/guardian of the minor, accompanied by a photocopy of both their ID cards/family book/passports. (DOWNLOAD OR REQUEST AT THE BOX OFFICE). A liability waiver duly completed by the accompanying adult of the minor. (DOWNLOAD OR REQUEST AT THE BOX OFFICE)

At all times, both the accompanying adult and the minor must carry their ID card/passport in case it is requested by the event staff to verify their identity. In the case of foreign citizens, they must provide the corresponding documentation from their country of origin.

Both the attendance authorization and the liability waiver can be collected and completed at the venue's box office. To avoid crowds and last-minute surprises, the organizers recommend downloading the documents from our website and filling them out carefully, ensuring that all requirements are met.

The organizers inform you that current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors. The minor must carry their ID card at all times.

Failure to comply with the above requirements will result in expulsion from the venue and will not entitle the accompanying adult to a refund of the minor's ticket price.

Children under 14 years of age will NOT have to pay admission, but they MUST meet all the requirements mentioned above.
